– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1/2 cup Asian pear puree/juice

– 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce or tamari

– 2 tablespoons brown sugar

– 2 tablespoons peanut oil or olive oil

– 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

– 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

– 1 tablespoon thinly-sliced scallions

– red pepper flakes

– 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

– 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce or tamari

– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

– 2 tablespoons finely-chopped fresh rosemary

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon freshly-cracked black pepper

– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

1-Whisk all ingredients for your chosen marinade in a small bowl until combined.

2-Add steak to a freezer-safe bag, pour in marinade, and coat evenly.

3-Press out air, seal, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 day.

4-To use frozen steak later, thaw in the refrigerator or cold water.

5-Remove steak from marinade, discard excess, and let rest 20 minutes before cooking.

6-Cook steak using your preferred method (grill, pan-sear, broil, etc.).
