Instructions
1-Whisk all ingredients for your chosen marinade in a small bowl until combined.
2-Add steak to a freezer-safe bag, pour in marinade, and coat evenly.
3-Press out air, seal, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 day.
4-To use frozen steak later, thaw in the refrigerator or cold water.
5-Remove steak from marinade, discard excess, and let rest 20 minutes before cooking.
6-Cook steak using your preferred method (grill, pan-sear, broil, etc.).
