– 1 tablespoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste

– 1/2 teaspoon fine salt

– 7 cups powdered sugar

– 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream at room temperature

Instructions

2-Mix in 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste and 1/2 teaspoon of fine salt on low speed until well combined.

3-Gradually add 7 cups of powdered sugar while mixing on low speed, and incorporate 3 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream halfway through to keep things creamy.

4-Scrape the bowl as needed to ensure even mixing and avoid any lumps building up.

5-Adjust the consistency by adding more cream if the frosting is too thick, or more powdered sugar if it is too thin do this one step at a time.

6-Optionally, add coloring and stir gently by hand for a smooth finish. The whole process takes about 5 minutes, making it quick and easy.
