Ingredients

3 cups chopped cooked chicken

1 apple (yielding 1.5 cups chopped)

1/4 cup red onion (diced)

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup plain yogurt

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp red wine vinegar

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

1-Chop the cooked chicken and apple into small pieces. Finely dice the red onion.

2-Place the chicken, chopped apple, diced red onion, and dried cranberries in a large bowl.

3-In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, plain yogurt, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.

4-Pour the dressing mixture over the ingredients in the large bowl.

5-Stir until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.

6-Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
