Ingredients

– 1 can (8-count) canned biscuit dough (non-flaky layers variety)

– 1 cup blueberry pie filling (store-bought or homemade)

– ยฝ cup melted butter

– 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions

1- Separate each biscuit into two layers, patting each layer into a 4-inch circle to create 16 circles total.

2- Place approximately 1 tablespoon of blueberry pie filling in the center of each circle.

3- Fold the dough sides up and seal to form balls, enclosing the filling.

4- Brush the tops and bottoms of each pie bomb with melted butter.

5- Sprinkle the buttered surfaces with granulated sugar.

6- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.

7- Place the pie bombs in the basket, about 2 inches apart.

8- Air fry at 330ยฐF (165ยฐC) for 7-8 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
