– 115 grams diced green chilies

– 225 grams shredded cheddar cheese for melty richness

Instructions

1-Whip the cream cheese: Soften 225 grams and beat smooth with a hand mixer or whisk. Gets it fluffy fast.

2-Combine wet base: Fold in 450 grams sour cream and 28 grams ranch seasoning. Stir until even.

3-Add veggies: Mix in 425 grams drained fire-roasted corn, 280 grams drained diced tomatoes with green chilies, and 115 grams drained diced green chilies.

4-Incorporate cheese: Stir 225 grams shredded cheddar until everything blends. Taste and adjust spice if needed.

5-Chill it: Cover tight and fridge for 2-3 hours. Flavors meld beautifully.
