๐Ÿ Cool down with boozy pineapple popsicles that offer a tropical twist on your favorite summer treat.
๐Ÿน These easy-to-make popsicles combine fresh pineapple and tequila for a refreshing and flavorful indulgence.

  • Total Time: 4 hours 15 minutes

Ingredients

– 1/3 cup sugar

– 3 cups cut-up pineapple pieces (fresh, frozen, or canned)

– 1/3 cup silver tequila

Instructions

1-In a small saucepan, bring 1/3 cup of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add 1/3 cup sugar and stir until dissolved to make simple syrup, then remove from heat and let it cool completely.

2-In a blender, combine the cooled simple syrup, 3 cups of pineapple chunks, and 1/3 cup silver tequila. Blend the mixture until smooth for a consistent texture.

3-Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 4 to 6 hours, or until fully frozen. Insert sticks after about one hour if your molds require it to help them stay in place.
