Instructions

1-First, preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F for quick and even cooking. This step helps the cheese melt just right without overcooking the dates. Once it’s hot, you’re ready to move on to stuffing the dates.

2-Next, split each of the 12 Medjool dates lengthwise and carefully remove the pits. This creates a nice pocket for the filling and keeps the dates intact. Be gentle to avoid tearing them, as you’ll want them to hold the cheese well.
