Instructions

1-Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). While it’s heating, spray a mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking and ensure easy removal later.

2-Prepare the wonton wrappers by placing each one into the center of a muffin cup. Gently press down to form a cup shape, being careful not to tear the delicate wrappers. The wrappers will naturally form ridges that will crisp up beautifully during baking.

3-Create the filling by combining shredded cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and buffalo wing sauce in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture has a consistent color and texture throughout.
