8 large thick boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter (preferably salted)

Instructions
1-Butterfly each chicken breast: Butterfly each chicken breast and lay flat for stuffing.
2-Stuff each chicken breast: Stuff each chicken breast with both shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
3-Add garlic: Add chopped garlic inside the stuffed breast.
4-Sprinkle sweet basil: Sprinkle sweet basil over the filling, then close the chicken breast and secure tightly with toothpicks or short skewers.
5-Melt the butter: Melt the butter in a flat dish.
6-Roll chicken in melted butter: Roll each stuffed chicken breast thoroughly in the melted butter.
7-Coat chicken: Coat each buttered chicken breast completely with the Italian seasoned bread crumbs.
8-Place chicken in baking dish: Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish or pan.
9-Pour melted butter: Pour any remaining melted butter over the top of the chicken breasts.
10-Bake chicken: Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately one hour, or until chicken is cooked through and coating is golden brown.
11-Remove toothpicks: Carefully remove all toothpicks or skewers before serving.
