Instructions
1-Cook the meat: Brown 1 pound ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain the fat, stir in 1 packet taco seasoning (no water needed), and let cool for 5 minutes.
2-Prep the dough: Spread the pizza dough flat on a lightly floured surface. Cut it lengthwise and vertically into 10 equal rectangles.
3-Fill ’em up: Place about 1 tablespoon of cooled taco meat and half a cheese stick on each rectangle.
4-Roll and seal: Roll each piece tightly, pinching the edges to seal the filling inside.
5-Butter brush: Mix 4 tablespoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon dried parsley. Brush over the rolls.
6-Bake: Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 425ยฐF (220ยฐC) for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
7-Serve warm: Pair with salsa, sour cream, jalapeรฑo slices, or your homemade dipping sauce. Best hot for that cheese pull!
