– 1 packet taco seasoning mix [used without water]

– 1 tube pizza dough

– 5 cheese sticks (a combination of Colby Jack and cheddar) [each halved]

– 4 tablespoons melted butter

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon dried parsley

– 1 cup sour cream

– 1/4 cup mayonnaise

– 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix

– 1/4 cup diced jalapeรฑos or chopped cilantro [optional; for kick]

Instructions

1-Cook the meat: Brown 1 pound ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain the fat, stir in 1 packet taco seasoning (no water needed), and let cool for 5 minutes.

2-Prep the dough: Spread the pizza dough flat on a lightly floured surface. Cut it lengthwise and vertically into 10 equal rectangles.

3-Fill ’em up: Place about 1 tablespoon of cooled taco meat and half a cheese stick on each rectangle.

4-Roll and seal: Roll each piece tightly, pinching the edges to seal the filling inside.

5-Butter brush: Mix 4 tablespoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon dried parsley. Brush over the rolls.

6-Bake: Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 425ยฐF (220ยฐC) for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
