  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

2 pounds steak (flank, ribeye, or sirloin) cut into 1-inch cubes

1 teaspoon fine sea salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 tablespoons olive oil

2/3 cup chimichurri sauce

Instructions

1-Pat the steak cubes dry: Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season evenly with the fine sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.

2-Heat the olive oil: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak bites in a single, even layer. Cook undisturbed until well-seared and golden brown on the bottom. Flip the steak bites and continue cooking until they reach your desired level of doneness.

3-Remove the skillet from the heat: Remove the skillet from the heat. Drizzle approximately 1/2 cup of the chimichurri sauce over the cooked steak bites. Toss gently to coat the steak evenly.

4-Serve the steak bites: Serve the steak bites warm, drizzled with the remaining chimichurri sauce.
