Ingredients

– 1 cup mini chocolate chips frozen before use

– 1/2 cup salted butter softened (if using unsalted butter, add an extra pinch of salt)

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1/2 cup brown sugar

– 2 tablespoons milk

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour heat-treated to 165ยฐF

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1 cup white chocolate chips

– 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

1-Gather all ingredients and prepare by freezing the mini chocolate chips.

2-Heat treat the flour and let it cool.

3-Cream the butter, sugars, milk, and vanilla in a bowl.

4-Mix in the flour and salt to form the dough.

5-Microwave the white chocolate chips and condensed milk until smooth.

6-Combine the melted mixture with the dough and mix well.

7-Gently fold in the frozen mini chocolate chips.

8-Line an 8ร—8 inch pan with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly.

9-Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm, then cut into squares.

10-Store in the fridge for freshness prep time is just 15 minutes, with 2 hours resting and a total of 2 hours 15 minutes.
