Instructions

1-Preheat and Prep: Heat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish well. This prevents sticking and ensures easy slicing.

2-Mix Dry Ingredients: In a big bowl, whisk 3 cups all-purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 cup granulated sugar, and 4 teaspoons baking powder.

3-Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in 1 ยฝ cups 2% milk, 2 large eggs, and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.

4-Incorporate Butter: Gradually add 1/2 cup melted salted butter. Pour batter into the pan, spreading evenly.
