Ingredients

– 14 oz Smoked Sausage

– 12 oz rotini pasta

– 2 cups Heavy Cream

– 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning

– ยฝ cup Parmesan

Instructions

1-Prep ingredients: Slice 14 ounces of smoked sausage into small pieces. Get 12 ounces of rotini pasta ready.

2-Cook the pasta: Boil according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3-Saute the sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage slices for 5 to 8 minutes until golden brown.

4-Build the sauce: Add 2 cups heavy cream and 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning. Stir to combine.

5-Simmer: Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

6-Add cheese: Remove from heat, stir in ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.

7-Toss and serve: Add the cooked pasta, toss to coat thoroughly. Serve immediately hot!
