๐Ÿง„ These Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are quick to prepare and packed with gooey, cheesy goodness.
๐Ÿง€ Perfect for easy snacking or party appetizers, they combine buttery garlic flavor with melted cheese in every bite.

  • Total Time: 27 minutes
  • Yield: 8 cheese bombs

Ingredients

– 8 refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (from 1 standard package)

– 4 ounces soft mozzarella cheese (shredded, diced, or pieces cut from string cheese)

– 4 tablespoons butter (1/2 stick)

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

– Pinch of salt

Instructions

1-Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

2-Separate the 8 biscuits and flatten each slightly on a clean surface.

3-Cut the 4 ounces of mozzarella into 8 equal pieces, ensuring each is ready for stuffing.

4-Place one piece of cheese on each flattened biscuit and wrap the dough tightly around it, pinching the edges to seal completely.

5-Arrange the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out evenly.

6-Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and the cheese melts inside.

7-While baking, melt the 4 tablespoons of butter in a small pan, then stir in 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.

8-Once out of the oven, brush the hot dough balls thoroughly with the garlic butter mixture.

9-Serve warm, optionally with pizza sauce, and sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if you like.
