Instructions

1-First: season your steak bites with 2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes if you want a bit of heat, stirring until everything is well coated. This step really amps up the flavor right from the start.

2-Next, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1/2 tablespoon avocado oil. Place the steak in a single layer and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally cook in batches if needed to avoid crowding. Once done, remove the steak from the pan to let it rest a bit.

3-Then, remove any excess water from the skillet, add 2 tablespoons butter or ghee, and sautΓ© 6 cloves of minced garlic for about 1 minute until it’s fragrant. Now, add the steak back to the pan and cook for 1-2 more minutes, stirring to coat everything in that amazing garlic butter sauce.
