ΒΌ cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon mustard powder

1 teaspoon honey

Β½ chicken bouillon cube

Β½ teaspoon onion powder

Β½ teaspoon oregano

Β½ teaspoon basil

Β½ teaspoon parsley

2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts

Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)

2 teaspoons parsley

12 tablespoons olive oil

ΒΎ cup dry white wine

4 cloves garlic minced

3 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons flour

Β½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

1-Combine all sauce ingredients in a measuring cup and set aside.

2-Slice chicken breasts lengthwise and pound to Β½ inch thickness. Season with salt, pepper, and 2 teaspoons parsley.

3-Heat olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden, then remove and set aside.

8-Lower heat, stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice.

9-Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and heat through for 5 minutes until sauce reaches desired thickness.
