Ingredients

– 1 (approx. 3 lb) pickled corned beef deckle or brisket

– 2/3 cup honey

– 8 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Instructions

1-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2-Remove corned beef from packaging, drain liquid, and place in a 9Γ—13 inch baking pan. Cover meat with water and tightly cover the pan.

3-Bake for 3 hours until fork tender. Drain water and set meat aside.

4-Increase oven temperature to 400 degrees.

5-Prepare glaze by combining all glaze ingredients (honey, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, kosher salt, ground black pepper, and ground ginger) in a small bowl and whisking.

6-Pour glaze over the meat, ensuring full coverage.

7-Return glazed meat to the oven, uncovered, and bake for 20 minutes. Baste meat with sauce and bake for an additional 10 minutes until caramelized.
