– Β½ teaspoon garlic salt (or substitute with ΒΌ teaspoon garlic powder and Β½ to 1 teaspoon sea salt)

– ΒΌ teaspoon granulated sugar (optional, can be replaced with honey)

Instructions

1- In a medium bowl, whisk together the 170 grams (6 ounces) tomato paste and 425 grams (15 ounces) tomato sauce until smooth. This base gives your sauce its thick, rich texture.

2- Add 1 to 2 tablespoons dried oregano or Italian seasoning, 2 tablespoons garlic powder, Β½ teaspoon onion powder, Β½ teaspoon garlic salt (or the substitute), Β½ tablespoon black pepper, and ΒΌ teaspoon granulated sugar if you’re using it.
