1-Spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice to create that crispy exterior.

2-On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer the sliced bananas, add mascarpone cheese, and drizzle with honey for a sweet touch.

3-Top with the second slice of bread, making sure the buttered side faces out.

4-Heat a skillet to medium-high heat and grill the sandwich for 2 to 3 minutes per side until the bread turns golden brown.
