Instructions
1-Place the mint leaves, sugar, and fresh lemon wedges into a large cocktail shaker. Muddle them until most of the juice is released for maximum flavor.
2-Add the limoncello and rum to the shaker. Fill it with ice and shake until everything is well mixed and ice cold.
3-Divide the cocktail mixture between two highball glasses that are already filled with ice.
4-Top each glass with soda water to add that fizzy finish.
5-Garnish with extra mint and lemon if you want to amp up the presentation.
