Instructions
1-In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, diced red bell pepper, canned black beans, corn, chopped fresh cilantro, and minced jalapeño for the base of your slaw.
2-In a separate small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, taco seasoning, and fresh lime juice until it’s smooth and well blended to create the dressing.
