– ΒΎ teaspoon salt + extra for pasta water

– freshly ground black pepper to taste

– 2 cups marinara sauce + extra for serving

– chopped fresh parsley for garnish

– olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

1-First Step: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta shells and cook according to package instructions, typically 8-10 minutes, until al dente.

2-Second Step: While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sautΓ© for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3-Third Step: Add chopped fresh tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the tomatoes soften and release juice.

4-Fourth Step: Drain the pasta shells, reserving a small cup of pasta water. Add the pasta to the skillet and toss gently with the tomato sauce. Add reserved pasta water as needed to achieve desired sauce consistency.
