πŸ₯œ Enjoy soft and flavorful peanut butter muffins that make a perfect snack or breakfast treat.
🍫 Optional chocolate chips add a delicious twist to these easy-to-make muffins that everyone will love.

  • Total Time: 23 minutes

Ingredients

– 1 ΒΎ cups all-purpose flour

– Β½ teaspoon salt

– 2 teaspoons baking powder

– ΒΎ cup sugar

– 1 cup creamy peanut butter

– β…“ cup vegetable or canola oil

– 1 large egg

– 1 cup milk

– 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

1-Getting ready to bake these peanut butter muffins is as fun as eating them. First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a muffin pan with liners or grease it with nonstick cooking spray. This sets the stage for muffins that bake evenly and come out perfectly soft.

2-Next, in a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and baking powder until well combined. In a separate bowl, beat the sugar, peanut butter, oil, and egg using an electric mixer or whisk until smooth. Add the milk and mix well to create a creamy base.

3-Then, combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, stirring just until blended, and fold in the chocolate chips if you’re using them. Scoop the batter into the muffin liners, filling each one about two-thirds full. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, and let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before moving them to a wire rack.
