Ingredients

– 1 can (8-count) of refrigerated croissant dough or puff pastry sheets

– 1/2 cup lump crab meat (drained)

– 1/2 lb shrimp (peeled and chopped, reserving a few whole shrimp for garnish)

– 4 oz softened cream cheese

– 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

– 1 minced garlic clove

– 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay or Cajun seasoning

– 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (plus extra for garnish)

– Salt, to taste

– Black pepper, to taste

– 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

1-Preheat oven to 375ยฐF and grease a muffin tin.

2-Press croissant dough into muffin cups to form shells.

3-Mix crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

4-Spoon the mixture into each dough cup and top with a whole shrimp.

5-Brush edges with beaten egg for a golden finish.

6-Bake for 15-18 minutes until puffed and golden.

7-Let cool slightly before serving warm.
