Instructions
1-Beat the softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
2-Gently fold in the diced strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
3-Spread half of the strawberry cream cheese mixture over one tortilla.
4-Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Place the tortilla cream cheese side up in the pan.
5-Spread 1 teaspoon butter on another tortilla and place it butter side down on top of the first tortilla.
6-Cook each side for 2 to 3 minutes until crispy.
7-Combine the 1 teaspoon sugar and ยฝ teaspoon cinnamon, then sprinkle the mixture over the cooked quesadilla.
8-Repeat for the second quesadilla or cook both at once on a griddle.
9-Remove from heat, let sit for 2 minutes, slice, and serve, optionally with strawberry sauce.
