1 loaf of sun-dried tomato focaccia
1 package deli turkey (7 ounces / 200 grams)
1 large tomato, thinly sliced
1 handful fresh greens (such as sprouts, microgreens, or spinach)
A few thin slices of red onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup pesto
Instructions
1-Preparation: Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch pan.
2-Mixing Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed of mixer. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin).
3-Baking: Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, until the cake tests done with a toothpick.
4-Cooling: Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
