Instructions

1-Gathering and Mixing the Base: First, beat the heavy whipping cream in a mixing bowl on medium speed until it begins to thicken. Gradually add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form for that fluffy texture. Then, fold in the mascarpone cheese until the mixture is smooth and fully combined, creating the creamy layer that defines this Tiramisu Recipe.

2-Assembling the Layers: Next, mix the prepared espresso with the coffee-flavored liqueur in a shallow bowl if you’re using it. Quickly dip the ladyfingers on both sides without soaking them too long, and arrange them in a single layer at the bottom of an 8×8 inch pan to build the base.
