Instructions

1-Follow these easy steps to create delicious tofu tacos at home. First, drain and pat dry the tofu, then crumble it into bite-sized pieces using your fingers. In a bowl, mix the tofu with 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, ยผ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, 2 teaspoons smoked paprika, and 2 tablespoons of the olive oil. This sets the base for great flavor.

2-Next, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
